Your health. Understood. Finally.

Whether you’re managing a condition or optimizing everything, Hastova reads your labs, medications and wearables together — and actually explains them. Because no one should sit alone with a result they don’t understand.

Between the visits is where most of it happens.

A paramedic kneels beside an open car door at dusk, scanning the QR code on an older woman’s medical ID with a phone. The screen lights both their faces.
Why we built this

The paramedics did not know what she was taking.

Someone we love was in an emergency. The people trying to help her were good at their jobs and had none of the information that mattered — not her medications, not her allergies, not the blood thinner that changes how you treat a bleed.

They had to guess. Everything after that was recoverable, and we know exactly how lucky that makes us.

Emergency ID exists because of that night. So does the rest of it — because the gap between what your body is doing and what anyone actually knows about it is where the fear lives.

The information existed. It was just nowhere anyone could reach it.

What Hastova does

It reads everything, and then it explains.

Your labs, your medications, your sleep, your meals, your devices — pulled into one place and read together. Not a folder of PDFs. A picture of what is actually happening, in words you already know.

A man in his thirties sits on the floor against a sofa in athletic wear, reading a chart on his phone. A water bottle, a supplement bottle and a blister pack sit on the table beside him.

Supplements, sleep, a blood panel, a workout — read together, not one at a time.

The Vigiles engine

Every result explained the moment it lands

Vigiles reads each lab and scan and tells you what the number means, whether it sits inside the range your own doctor set for you, and what would be worth watching. Then it looks sideways — across your medications, your sleep, what you ate, what your devices recorded — for the correlations a twelve-minute appointment has no room to find.

  • A plain-language read on every marker, against your range — not a textbook’s
  • Correlations across labs, meds, sleep, food and device data
  • A flag when a value is drifting while still technically “normal”
  • Explanations only — it never recommends or changes a dose

Hastova AI

Your clotting time is where your doctor wants it. Ferritin is still inside your range, but it has moved the same direction at every draw for three years — and the three short nights you logged last week line up with your previous dip. Worth raising at your next recheck.

Illustrative example. Hastova explains and flags — it never changes your dose.

Medications

Know what you take, and what it collides with

Scan a bottle to add it. Hastova keeps the list current, tracks whether you took today’s dose, and checks the whole list for interactions — including anything a new prescriber is about to add.

  • Add a medication by scanning the label
  • Interaction checks across your full list, not one pair at a time
  • Check a proposed new drug before you fill it
  • Daily adherence you can actually see, and share
Uploads

Send a blood panel, get structured data back

Photograph the printout, forward the PDF, upload the portal export. Hastova pulls out the individual markers, matches them to what it already knows about you, and files them onto your timeline where they can be compared.

  • Photos, PDFs and portal exports all accepted
  • Every marker extracted individually, not stored as one flat file
  • Duplicates detected instead of quietly doubled up
  • New results compared against your own history automatically
Symptom journal

Say how you feel. It listens in English or Spanish.

Talk to the Journal Companion instead of typing into a box. It asks the follow-up a clinician would ask, then looks for the relationship between how you felt and what your data was doing at the time.

  • Speak or type — voice check-ins in English and Spanish
  • Follow-up questions that get to something useful
  • Symptoms correlated against labs, meds, sleep and food
  • A record you can hand to your doctor instead of trying to remember
Emergency ID

A QR code that answers when you cannot

Your medications, allergies, blood type, conditions and emergency contacts, reachable from your locked phone. Anyone who needs it can scan it. No app, no login, no account on their end.

  • Scannable from a locked screen
  • Medications, allergies, blood type, conditions, contacts
  • Printable card for a wallet or a fridge door
  • You choose what appears on it
Devices

Joined to your labs — not tracked on its own

Device data doesn’t sit off to the side. It joins the same picture as your labs and medications, so Vigiles can see your sleep the same week it reads your INR — and say something when the two move together.

  • Folded into your labs and medications, not kept apart
  • The same engine that reads your labs reads your device data
  • A flag when it moves the same way as a lab result
  • Watching between visits, not only when you log a result
Wearables and health apps

Your sleep and activity, read with your labs.

Hastova connects with popular wearables and health apps, so sleep, heart rate, activity and recovery land in the same record as your labs and medications.

  • Sleep
  • Heart rate
  • Activity
  • Recovery

Not a separate tab — the sleep you got is read against the lab drawn that same week.

Which connections are available is shown in the app, once you have an account.

A woman in her thirties leans on a bright kitchen island, chin resting on one hand, reading her phone in daylight.

Between appointments, the watching does not stop.

The part nobody else will put in writing

Your data is yours. Always.

Not “yours” in the sense that you may look at it. Yours in the sense that you can take the whole thing and walk.

Export everything, free, forever

The complete record — labs, medications, journal entries, device history, consent records, and the log of who has accessed your data — as PDF, CSV and JSON in one download. Export is not a paid feature, and it never will be.

No hostage-taking

Health apps love to make leaving expensive. If you decide Hastova is not for you, you leave with everything you brought and everything we worked out along the way. That is the whole policy.

Delete means delete

Close the account and the record goes with it. You can take the export first — most people should.

A company that is confident in its product does not need to hold your records to keep you.

An adult daughter sits on a sofa in golden afternoon light with her arm around her mother, showing her something on a phone. Both are looking at the screen.
For the person keeping watch

Let someone else keep watch too.

Give a daughter, a spouse or a paid caregiver their own access, scoped to exactly what you want them to see. They get the alerts as well, so nobody is relying on you to relay bad news.

It works the other way round too. If you are the one doing the watching, you get a real account of your own — not a password you were handed, and not a phone call after the fact.

A silver-haired woman stands in a warm terracotta kitchen holding a cup of tea in one hand and her phone in the other.

Scoped, not all-or-nothing

You choose what each person can see, one by one — and you can narrow it or take it back whenever you want.

A man in glasses reclines in an armchair beside a lamp at night, reading his phone with a calm expression.

The alerts reach them too

A caregiver is notified directly rather than waiting to be told, so nothing depends on the person having the hardest week remembering to pass it on.

A woman in her sixties sits at her kitchen table in morning light, reading her phone with a calm expression.

In English or Español

Everything a caregiver sees is bilingual, including the voice check-ins — not a translated page over an English-only product.

Who it is for

Built first for the people with the most to lose.

A woman in her mid-thirties sits at a home desk with a laptop open, holding up her phone and reading the screen.

“My INR decides my week.”

People on medications that need watching

Warfarin, lithium, clozapine, tacrolimus, methotrexate — medications where the number matters and the recheck is not optional. Hastova is built around your operative range, not a generic reference interval.

A man in his fifties sits on a porch at golden hour in a sleeveless tee, a coffee cup in one hand and a recovery score on the phone in the other.

“I have six years of data and no through-line.”

People optimizing on purpose

GLP-1s, peptides, panels you paid for yourself, a drawer of wearables. You have never lacked data. You have lacked something willing to read it all at once.

A couple in their thirties sit at a kitchen table over coffee. She holds the phone; he leans in and points at something on the screen. Both are smiling.

“I am the one who notices when something is off.”

People holding it together for someone else

Adult children, spouses, professional caregivers. Real access to the person you look after, the same alerts they get, and a record of what changed while you were not in the room.

A physician in scrubs reviews a patient dashboard on a curved monitor at night, city lights visible through the window.

“Twelve minutes is not enough and we both know it.”

Clinicians who want the picture before the visit

Results the moment your patient logs them, their trend instead of today’s dot, and a flag when something moves. Available to doctors at no charge.

How we handle this

Serious about the parts that have to be serious.

English and Spanish, properly

Both languages across the product — including the voice check-ins and everything a caregiver sees. Not a translated marketing page over an English-only app.

Privacy-first, HIPAA-aligned

Encrypted in transit and at rest, row-level access control on every table, step-up authentication before anything sensitive leaves the account, and an audit log you can read yourself.

Clinical rigor, not vibes

Reference ranges come from sourced clinical thresholds and, wherever your doctor has set one, from your own chart. Severity is graded against the range that actually applies to you.

The AI stays in its lane

Hastova explains what a result means, shows you what correlates with it, and tells you when something is worth a call. It does not diagnose, and it never changes your dose.

Hastova Health is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. It does not replace your clinician. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

Follow your lifeline.
